Description of the project

The MTMG terminal in the Port of Gdynia, subsidiary of HES International, was looking to expand their terminal by adding 60,000 ton of grain storage, new conveying systems and a new shiploader in order to accommodate increasing export volumes of various types of grain.

PCR performed a logistic study to verify the storage and handling logistics, including berth occupancy and truck arrival logistics. Furthermore the design of the expansion was prepared and a tender process for the supply of the civil and electromechanical works was initiated and completed.
