Description of the project

To support the economic development of the Eastern states of Malaysia a plan has been drawn up to develop a 10.000 hectares industrial complex in Kuantan Port-City (KPC).

A masterplan has been made for the phased development of the Port of Kuantan to cater for the maritime needs of the industrial complex and the hinterland. The masterplan is an efficient scheme tying up all land uses, transport systems and public utility networks proposed for KPC along with appropriate business strategies to ensure a sustainable development of the city and the port.
