Description of the project

The success of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and the Port of Rotterdam depends to a large extent on the hinterland accessibility of these two mainports by road and rail.

The study determined the most important hinterland connections, the bottlenecks and the benefits of improving these bottlenecks. The results were presented to the Dutch Ministry of Transport as an input for the prioritization of infrastructural projects.
