  • Client: Confidential
  • Period: December 2019 – April 2020

Description of the project

PCR was assigned to develop a phased strategy for energy and carbon reduction in line with a global operator’s 2050 targets. In addition to being a leading operator in ports and terminals, operations include industrial parks, logistics and economic zones, maritime services and marinas.

PCR provided the operator with insight on future trends in logistics influencing carbon footprint. The study further includes a detailed 5-year carbon and energy reduction glide path with associated short-term action plans. Details and financing required for implementation and progress for tracking each initiative is part of the assignment.
